During my travels through the web, I've come across several useful sites/pages. You may also find these sites useful (clicking on a link will cause a new browser window to open.  This will facilitate returning to this page easier):

• Amazon.com allows you to purchase books from an incredibly large library.   99% of my book purchases are through them.  Click and try it! The Canadian Amazon.ca is now open!
• Alta Vista's search engine (one of the better Internet search engines). Allows you to search web sites, Usenet, e-mail addresses, and more!
• American Greetings Allows you to send greeting cards, flowers, candies, etc. anywhere in the world.  I use this site personally and can say that their service is excellent.
• Mapquest allows you to view street maps from all over the world, including Toronto!
• generates words from phone numbers.  You enter your phone number and it tells you what words correspond to it!
• Canada Post's Postal Code Lookup Page
• Looking for someone's e-mail or (American) surface mail address and phone number? How about a Canadian's phone number and address?
• InfoSpace has tons of information that will aid you in finding people, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, businesses, and more!
• If you have access to the Internet and want an extra e-mail account, you can get one from Hotmail,  ZDNet, USA.NET, Eudora Mail, Alta Vista, WOWMAIL, Crosswinds, and/or Bigfoot.
• You can find out how much a Canadian dollar is worth in American funds and vice-versa (also other conversions) at The Universal Currency Converter™
• Check your lottery numbers at Lottery Canada.
• Ever wanted to know what's in Pizza Hut's pizzas?  Then check out all their nutrition information.  They've hidden this information quite well on their web site!
• Mutual Fund Symbols that can be used in the Canadian versions of Quicken
• Ontario School Holidays has a list of all holidays for public schools in Ontario.
• Equifax is a credit reporting agency where you can get your credit report. You can also get a credit report, for a fee, at Experian
• Trillian is a free Instant Message client that allows you to chat with AOL, ICQ, Yahoo!, IRC users, and more!
