The web provides a medium whereby ordinary citizens can voice their opinions and share their experiences. I believe good customer service should be rewarded and similarly bad customer service and disreputable conduct, penalised.
In the following two sections, Good Businesses and Business to Avoid, I will list companies whom I've had excellent dealings with and those that you should avoid.
